After studying at a very young age in one of the most important schools in Spain and
Europe and working in several restaurants awarded with Michelin Stars, curiosity has
brought Chef Carlos to Taiwan.
He is passionate about surprising diners through what he wants to express with his
cuisine.
A very personal cuisine that enhances tradition, adds innovation, creativity and
technique, with flavor as the fundamental basis and using seasonal ingredients of
the highest quality.
